About Me

"Thirty, flirty and thriving"-Jenna Rink

Hi, thanks for wanting to know a little more about me. My name is Liz, born and raised in California. I've been married to my best friend for almost a decade, we married on a ranch on a super hot October morning. I'm a stay-at-home mom to the coolest kid, she's the most perfect mixture of our personalities and looks, a little smarty pants, lots sassy & the same amount of tomboyish vibe I had in my childhood.

I grew up surrounded by my siblings and too many to count cousins spending school breaks and summers with our grandparents, (of course mostly outdoors so we wouldn't break the fine china). Needless to say family is very important to me/us and so is having huge family and friend gatherings more often than not. All my friends know, I love hosting and having everyone over, so you'll definitely see any ideas I have to offer about making either your home or backyard an inviting whether you live in a tiny or big space.

Some of my favorite things to share & talk about is our Disneyland vacations, including the process of planning our trips, budgeting, being at the parks and helping others to enjoy their trips to the parks. Also sharing tips, videos and pictures of the places we visit as a family including our favorite places in California, San Clemente and San Diego.

Another favorite of mine is shopping within a reasonable budget, as a stay at home mom and finding the best deals for quality items for our closets, home and pantry (just ask my husband).

I love me some college & professional football. You'll definitely catch me rooting for the Oregon Ducks & Seattle Seahawks come autumn.

You might hear me talk about essential oils from time to time, but let me assure you I have no intention of selling them to you, I honestly just like to use them.

Five years ago I created my first blog, detailing my infertility struggle, our pregnancy and our daughters first year of life. It was around the time that every other stay-at-home mom started blogging and I felt it was a very competitive space. So this time I'm just here to share what I feel like I'm good at doing.
